Michele DiSorbo is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and transformational coach. She has dedicated over 2 decades to the vital work of serving adults, youth, couples and families through various coaching,
clinical and leadership roles. She provides a safe space of inclusion, dignity, respect, and empowerment, as she works with clients from diverse cultures, socioeconomic backgrounds, childhood experiences and
with varying sexual identities.

skills to create Passion, Purpose, Peace, and Prosperity in the areas of life that matter the most to her individual clients and couples. Her approach to mental health counseling integrates techniques from
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFC). Her clients gain the necessary skills and unleash
the best version of themselves to create that happy home, purposeful work, fulfilling relationships, and to enjoy life to the fullest.

She graduated from Stetson University (B.A. in Psychology and Sociology) and University of Central Florida (M.S. Clinical Psychology). She is also a Certified Mind-Body Medicine/Wellness Practitioner, a
Certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner and Coach, as well as Time Line Therapy Coach.

She has been a local and national speaker & trainer for profit and non-profit leaders, social workers, coaches, nurses, teachers, parents, and family foster care providers since 2000.

Michele provides group coaching using an evidence-based 8-week mind-body skills group series. In each group, she teaches a mind-body wellness technique and a guided experiential process to reset and
access the parasympathetic nervous system. These groups have made a profound impact and have received excellent client results and feedback. Measurable results include reduced stress, anxiety, and
depression; increased overall sense of wellbeing and confidence; and improved work performance, restful sleep, and better nutrition.
