Rev. Elizabeth Pankey-Warren, M. DIV., LCSW

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Elizabeth is passionate about promoting personal growth and helping families, couples and individuals create a healthy emotional bond so they can connect in loving and fulfilling relationships. Elizabeth works with teens and their parents focusing on attachment issues and family relationships. Elizabeth offers a safe, gentle space to work through depression, anxiety and grief. Elizabeth is a trained EFT (Emotionally Focused) Couples therapist, EFIT (Emotionally Focused Individual) therapist and a EFFT (Emotionally Focused Family) therapist and uses the EFT approach to help couples, individuals and families shape new ways of being in rewarding relationships.

Elizabeth is also a trained EMDR therapist and uses EMDR to help clients resolve trauma and replace negative core beliefs with adaptive, positive beliefs about self.

In addition to offering psychotherapy, Elizabeth provides therapeutic yoga for emotional healing. She teaches meditation and breath work, and offers nutritional and wellness counseling.
